We’ve created Micro Shorts. Custom-written 60-second micro-films built for actors—complete story moments with a beginning, middle, and end—shot in a professional studio or nationwide travel sessions on cinema-grade equipment and personally directed by award-winning filmmaker Andrew Kiaroscuro.
Come to Our Studio or Bring the Production to You
The Peregrine Ranch is based in Inverness, Florida, where we film actor demo reel scenes inside or around our 3,200 sq. ft. production studio designed for narrative filmmaking.
Actors are welcome to travel to our studio for the full production experience, including professional lighting, sound, direction, cinema-grade equipment, controlled studio space, and outdoor filming areas.
For actors outside of Florida, we also offer nationwide travel sessions by request. If you are an actor, agency, acting school, coach, or group of actors who would like professional demo reel scenes filmed in your area, we can bring the production to you.
Nationwide travel sessions may require a travel fee, location fee, lodging, airfare, equipment travel costs, or a minimum booking depending on the city, number of scenes, and production needs.
Meet the Director
Andrew Kiaroscuro is an award-winning filmmaker, director, cinematographer, writer, and editor with nearly 20 years of production experience. His feature film 115 Grains won Best Picture and Best Director at the Sunscreen Film Festival, as well as Best Florida Feature at the Gasparilla International Film Festival. Through Kiaro Pictures and The Peregrine Ranch, Andrew has produced cinematic work for brands and networks including HBO, TLC, ESPN, PBS, Siemens, and more. As a director, his focus is helping actors feel grounded, confident, and emotionally honest on camera while creating footage that looks and feels like it belongs in a real film.
